At Transition by Design, I bring together a Bachelor of Commerce, Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Masters in Business (MBA), and PROSCI change management certification with real-world experience across mining, oil and gas, engineering, and education, as both a financial accountant and a change manager. All of it goes into one thing: building and guiding small businesses through a smoother growth journey, with real process behind it.

Drawing on that knowledge and experience, I've built simple, practical process guides for small businesses, not generic templates, but the actual structure and thinking behind them. And because a guide only works if it fits your business, my time is built in too. There are three ways to work with me:

Buy a process guide and set it up yourself. Follow it at your own pace, and reach out with any questions along the way to make sure it fits your business. This is the most cost-effective option, and lets you choose exactly what you need right now, especially useful if budget is tight.

Bring me in to train your team. I'll work directly with the person setting up the process, make sure they understand how it works, and stay available to answer questions afterwards.

I set it up for you. I come in and build the process directly, so it's ready to run.
